Filemón Pi, or "the guy with the two hairs" referred to by passers-by, is a former head of a private detective agency and current secret agent for the TIA. Together with his assistant Mortadelo, he has participated (and continues to do so) in a multitude of cases, each more picturesque, from which he never comes out well. It's time to meet the other member of the most famous comic duo in Spanish comics.
Don Pío is a small man with a weak character who lives at the expense of his wife's whims. His catastrophic adventures, in which the poor will always come out badly, involve a subtle criticism of the way of life of the middle class (in particular, the fact of wanting to pretend to be what they are not, especially on an economic level) and of the society of the time in general.
