This latest gameplay has been somewhat atypical. This is due to technical issues and originates from an Instagram survey. Since my body was asking me to play a game of a city simulator, I opened the survey asking which of the titles in the pack City Simulator They wanted me to play live. He was elected Cities XL. The problem is that, despite being the most modern of all the ones included (I think), it turned out to be the only one that did not start on my current operating system, Windows 10. Because of this, and not to go back on my word, I had to play it on one of my old computers (a Windows Vista that's about fifteen years old, which is not even the oldest I have), but the fact that Twitch Studio is incompatible with all previous operating systems (I have doubts that it is even valid for Windows 7) me. forced record it offline and upload it directly on a delayed basis to our YouTube channel.
The game was quite basic, but it served to give us a general look at what the game offers us. Their construction tools are more imprecise not only with respect to Cities Skylines (which would be excusable, being not only the most recent, but very probably the greatest exponent of its genre today), but even in the face of sim city 4 . This is due to the block construction of fixed-size buildings, versus grid construction areas of the two games mentioned. It also suffers from the lack of options to update roads, or the lack of automation in the bridge construction system, among other things. However, his intercity trading system, connecting our games, as well as different construction options and economic orientation make it an interesting game to play.
By the way, don't forget that today at eight in the afternoon (Spanish peninsular time) we have a departure live from another game in this pack: Tropico 2: Pirate Cove.
