We inaugurate this new gameplay section with Alley Cat. This game, developed by Bill Williams, through Synsoft and published by IBM. This game came as a given, without me asking for it or anything, being part of the catalog of my parents' antediluvian computer and, therefore, it was one of the first ones I tried in my life. I will add little, since you have available since 2016 article that explains its fundamental features. Just emphasize that this technically very simple game, starring a cat and based on dealing with a first outside world, overcoming random levels (a total of five different ones) and completing a final phase in an endless cycle of ascending difficulty, proportional to the points we obtain, is extremely entertaining and has aged surprisingly well. Games from the first half of the 80s and later are often incredibly difficult, but this one is accessible without neglecting its challenging side. Additionally, DosBox emulator using, is compatible with USB controllers.

Without further ado, I leave you with the gameplay that I initially broadcast on our Twitch channel.
