Video games developed by indie studios are going through a golden age in which a large number of titles with good ideas and original proposals are being marketed. In many cases, the creation process consists of taking a formula that already works, giving it a twist or adding new elements in order to revitalize a genre like shooters, which has countless titles on the market.
Minimum It is a striking proposal, we can define it as a third person shooter that takes elements from the genre MOBA and with a touch platformer that characterizes the layout of its settings. It's a game completely online, so you cannot play solo without an internet connection.
The title stands out above all in two aspects, on the one hand the visual, marked by a characteristic minimalist style, both in its characters and in settings, formed by pieces composed of blocks. For this purpose, Human Head Studios has created backgrounds with white tones, reducing the decorative elements as much as possible but taking care of the finish, leaving the final result with its own and very personal style. The scenarios have a marking futuristic style in contrast to eastern influences. Ranging from the appearance of Chinese temples to titans with samurai aesthetics or even the possibility of carrying katanas as weapons. As a synthesis, there is a curious fusion between the minimalist and a futuristic section with Asian touches.

The gameplay is the second element to highlight in Minimum. The title is very fluid, the way you move around the maps is agile and intuitive, you can even perform stunts and special movements depending on the weapon you use. Minimum seeks to enhance simplicity to allow the user to concentrate on the game and enjoy the game. The only thing missing is a map with information, to facilitate understanding of what is happening on stage.
As for the playable mechanics, the title combines pure action, starting from the classic shoot and run, but adding MOBA elements. This way, every time you kill an enemy, it will leave a trail of energy that, when passed over, will raise the level of the weapon you have equipped, enhancing, for example, the damage or the rate of fire. Another element that draws on this genre is the possibility of creating armor during the game.
Precisely one of the most interesting sections is the possibility of customize your equipment. In addition to getting weapons, the game allows buy new sets with characteristic attributes. At the beginning we will only have the basic ones available, which are the Berserker and Knight equipment. The first equipment is offensive, enhancing attributes that improve damage or movement, while knight armor improves defensive attributes at the cost of reducing others. You are not limited to choosing between one set or another, they can be combined, therefore the customization possibilities are wide. In the interface there are several tabs to place equipment composed of two weapons and a device to choose between a grenade or a turret. The title is generous in terms of weapons, there are several types of rifles, shotguns, there are even swords available, a fairly powerful weapon if you are able to get close to your opponent. Finally, there is a section available for creating weapons that require parts to build them. These pieces can be obtained by playing any mode that the game offers.

Likewise, it also has a real money store with a micropayment model, where you can acquire unique weapons and armor aspects that cannot be obtained any other way.
